Use A Home's Potential Value
PayHome Capital, LLC is an investment research firm which intends to provide cash to home buyers, and certain home owners, in return for an equity interest in their homes (collectively called "PayHome"). By using the potential value of a house, home buyers will be able to acquire more desirable homes, reduce mortgage payments, or simply save on their down payments. Existing home owners, on the other hand, will be able to convert the equity in their homes into cash without the burden of debt. PayHome is not a loan and therefore carries no interest. What's more, there are no payments required for five years. It is offered from 10% to 25% of the certified home appraisals. Applicants must hold a minimum 10% of the equity in their homes. Moreover, it enables buyers to qualify for a lower rate on mortgages with the smaller loan-to-value ratio.
